We have recreated virtual objects and spaces in our studio by analyzing product characteristics across categories such as health foods, travel, and fashion while also enhancing differentiation by revamping our real-time communication service “Baro TV Talk” to prioritize customer convenience with chat-based interaction.

We strive to provide satisfying shopping experiences by consistently introducing unique mobile content, such as the mobile TV service “L.live.”

Lotte Homeshopping Application

Through the Lotte Homeshopping mobile app, customers can purchase all products available on the Lotte Homeshopping channel, including broadcasting and online platforms. The mobile TV app “L.live,” based on the concepts of “Look,” “Like,” and “Link,” targets the millennials and Generation Z with programs such as “Gabokka” and “Jjin Ten Jjin Tem” along with unique contents in areas such as culture, arts, and OTT. Additionally, we host “Open Live,” a partner collaboration broadcast to provide broadcasting platform and mobile live broadcasting expertise to partners. Over 1,400 broadcasts have been conducted (as of August 2023) to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.

In May 2023, we conducted a comprehensive overhaul of our mobile app with a focus on customer convenience. The menu has been revamped to enhance convenience, offering features such as “Today” for recommended daily purchases, “Ranking” for popular brands, and “Play On” for video content like short-form videos and TV home shopping highlights, as well as reinforcing our brand identity through a cohesive design inspired by the Lotte Homeshopping "L" logo. Furthermore, customers can engage in real-time communication with broadcast personnel including hosts about product information and provide feedback through the chat service “Baro TV Talk.” Since its launch in 2014, the total number of downloads has surpassed 56.08 million (as of August 2023).

Offering a diverse range of services, “Lotte One TV” currently features over 2,000 products in various categories such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and food, with over 70% sourced from small and medium-sized enterprises. The contents displayed are accessible 24/7 via the Lotte Homeshopping app.

In January 2005, Momo.com made its first entry into the overseas market with the channel name "Momo Home Shopping" in Taiwan. Lotte Homeshopping stands out as the sole Korean retailer to successfully penetrate the Taiwanese market, achieving profitability within two years. Since 2008, it has maintained its position as the top TV home shopping company in Taiwan, earning recognition as one of the most successful cases of overseas expansion in the home shopping industry. After being listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange as Momo.com in 2014, the company transitioned into an e-commerce operator by continuously strengthening its logistics capabilities as part of its digital transformation strategy, surpassing KRW 4.2 trillion in annual sales as of 2022. Currently, it broadcasts 24-hour TV home shopping to 5.2 million households across Taiwan and holds the top spot in the local B2C market with its advanced logistics system.

Lotte Homeshopping actively supplies high-quality products from domestic small and medium-sized enterprises to “Momo Home Shopping,” supporting their market expansion.
